Practice information

Individual sessions are 53 minutes in length and usually conducted weekly, although this schedule can be changed according to client need.

Telehealth services are provided to any client in the state of Washington. In-person services are provided in Mountlake Terrace, Washington at the Mindful Therapy Group office.

I accept the following insurances:

Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, LifeWise, Optum, PacificSource, Premera, Regence, Moda and United Healthcare.

For folks who are not using insurance my private pay rate for a 53-minute session is $120. If cost is an issue please reach out as sliding scale spots may be available.
