I obtained my Master of Social Work from Seattle University in 2022. My passion for social justice sparked during my undergraduate education as I studied political science. I, like many other social workers, believe that the world is a better place when we focus on improving the lives of those around us.
During my free time I enjoy working out, shopping, and playing with my two dogs. My favorite season is Fall, during this time I love to decorate, go to pumpkin patches, and participate in all of the festivities that come with the season. Lastly, I love to further my education of Health at Every Size, housing justice, and social movements.
I use an integrative approach that can be ever-changing to fit the needs of a client. I focus on supporting clients in the ways that feel good to them, because I understand that clients know themselves and their needs best. I utilize different modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Most importantly, I support clients in their exploration, healing, and goals.
